Call for submissions

We are honored to host the 12th Triennial Symposium on Transportation Analysis conference (TRISTAN XII), from June 22 to 27, 2025, at the Bankoku Shinryokan in Okinawa, Japan. The aim of TRISTAN is to provide a platform to exchange and discuss ideas and foster international cooperation. We are expecting researchers and practitioners from around the world to discuss innovative models, methodologies and applications in Transportation Science.

  • October 31, 2024, 23:59 AoE (Anywhere on Earth): Extended abstract submission deadline
  • January 15, 2025: Notification of acceptance
  • February 15, 2025: Submission of revised extended abstracts
  • March 31, 2025: Early-bird registration deadline

The TRISTAN2025 conference in Okinawa will be linked to The 16th International Conference on Advanced Systems in Public Transport (CASPT2025), held on July 1-4 2025 in Kyoto, Japan. While each conference will be independently organized, we invite participants to consider attending both events to explore cutting-edge transportation research while enjoying the journey from the beautiful islands of Okinawa to the historic and cultural city of Kyoto.
