Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner will be held at The Moon Beach Museum Resort, which is located 30 minutes distance from the conference venue by car.
🚌 Transportation from the Venue
A shuttle bus will be arranged from the conference venue to the Gala Dinner venue.
After the final session ends, please follow staff instructions for boarding. Staff members will guide you to the bus.
👥 Transportation for Accompanying Guests
If your accompanying guest(s) have purchased a ticket for the Gala Dinner,
a separate bus will run from Nago City Center, stopping at the TRISTAN venue, and continuing on to The Moon Beach Museum Resort.
Please inform your guests that they may board the TRISTAN-organized bus either from the TRISTAN venue or from Nago City Center.

🚗 Rental Car Option
Participants may also choose to drive directly to The Moon Beach Museum Resort by rental car.

- Drunk driving is strictly prohibited in Japan.
- Please note that a parking permit is required to park at the Gala Dinner venue. If you need one, please inform the staff during the conference.
🍽️ Dinner Format and Dietary Information
Due to the large number of attendees, the Gala Dinner will be held in a buffet style.
Menu items will be clearly labeled to indicate allergens, halal options, and other dietary notes.
Please check the signage in front of each dish for details.
